The Department of Public Safety’s Communications Center the public safety answering point for police, fire, emergency medical and emergency management services within Montgomery County.
Mission:
Serve as the communications contact point between the citizen and the public safety agencies;
Accurate identification of the citizen's location and public safety response needs;
Fast and efficient activation of needed public safety services;
Provide communications support and coordination for all county public safety and support agencies.
In carrying out our mission we recognize that service is our one and only product and our continuing goal is to provide it at a level superior to any other communications center.
